Payments:

Please note we are taking payment of fees via bank transfer, if you do not do online banking, please let us know at booking that you would like to pay by card.  Online bookings do require full payment at time of booking.  We do not accept cash or cheques.

Health Insurance:
We do not support AXA PPP or Bupa insurance policies, however, we are able to provide treatments under most other insurance companies.  Please check with health insurers to confirm your level of cover and any payment procedures in advance.

Cancellations:

We ask for at least 24 hours notice of appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellation or rescheduling at less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full (except in exceptional or pre-agreed circumstances).
