Our practice management system is Cliniko, our data is held on Cliniko servers in Australia which comply with the EEA GDPR guidelines.
Our current appointment availability times are:
Osteomyologist Deborah Battams – Tuesday 10:30am-5pm and Thursday 1:30pm-8pm
Osteopath Stuart Bishop – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8am-4pm; Thursday 1pm-9pm
Sports Therapist Jamie Stancombe – Monday – Friday 10am – 7:30pm and Saturday 10am-1pm
Cancellations:
We ask for at least 24 hours notice of appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellation at less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full (except in exceptional or pre-agreed circumstances).
Health Insurance:
We do not support AXA PPP or Bupa insurance policies, however, we are able to provide treatments under most other insurance companies.
Please note we are taking payment of fees via bank transfer, if you do not do online banking and need to pay by card please let us know at booking. We do not accept cash or cheques.
