Louise first discovered Osteopathy as a youngster, after visiting an Osteopath for low back pain from a horse-riding accident. She was drawn to the holistic approach of Osteopathy, which looks after the whole person, and went on to study at BCOM, graduating in 2006.
Since graduating, Louise has competed further study in Neuro-Rehabilitation, Pilates, and has qualified in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP).
In recent years, Louise has also explored education, working one-to-one in an SEN school and as a Speech and Language Therapy Assistant. These roles have given her valuable insights into the challenges faced by individuals with neurodiversity and the importance of communication in wellbeing and daily life.
Louise has a keen sporting interest, both personally and professionally. Over the last 3 years, she has served as Lead Therapist for Tring RFC, helping players reduce injury, rehabilitate, and manage match-day acute injuries.
Louise’s approach:
“I want to help people feel better so they can optimise their lives. I do this by treating the person holistically, using a multifaceted approach tailored to each individual.”
When she’s not working, Louise enjoys running, cycling, or slow morning walks with her young family and her two whippets.
